In his recent Instagram post, he shared a Joe Rogan audio motivating his followers to stop complaining and work on themselves instead. He urges everyone to do something productive and not sit idle.

The message in the Joe Rogan audio stated: “You gotta f***ing stop. You gotta stop those I can’t catch a break b*lls**t. All the time, you’re complaining. You could be instead hustling. You could be instead chasing your dream. You could be instead figuring out what you’re doing wrong, trying to prove certain aspects of your life. Getting your s**t together, reading a book, meditating something, f***ing something. But this I can’t catch a break s**t is not helping anybody. “

According to the audio clip, both Joe Rogan and Flex Wheeler shared the message that waiting for big things in life will not come true if we do not take small steps toward them. One has to consistently work to become better. Wheeler shared the audio emphasizing more on the immediacy of things, “We will always be our own biggest challenge.”
Further, he added, “Joe said it best, “f***in’ stop. There are no excuses, make a choice to make a commitment to your goals. There is no better time than now.” The key takeaway of the video for his avid followers was that one must not procrastinate and learn to keep going.
Wheeler had a motivating message in his adverse times
Throughout his career, Wheeler went through multiple surgeries due to which he had to retire early. More so, he also contacted Covid-19 in 2021. His body took quite some time to recover and recuperate back to normalcy. However, when Wheeler returned from the hospital, he had a motivating message for his fans.

The 57-year-old posted a video, advising his fans to “strive to improve with your workouts, your eating plan.” He further motivated everyone who was struggling to get up with his powerful words. He said, “No matter what your goals, no matter where you currently are, there is always room for improvement.”
