Encouraging her followers to imbibe pleasant changes in their lifestyle, Choj shared six tips, along with her fit-looking body.

things i’ve changed to be more productive:

“She added;

– waking up earlier and getting my cardio done
– not waiting till the last minute to do my assignments
– meal prepping for the day
– going to bed early and waking up early
– getting 7-8 hrs of sleep
– reading more (stairmaster cheat code)”

Although these are very basic habits, if one follows them strictly, they will definitely become more productive. Each of the six points mentioned above is related to our everyday lives. Small things like sleeping timely or avoiding procrastination can drastically impact our day and eventually lead to productive living.
