Well, the secret to the bodybuilder doing it so easily is blending. The 26-year-old bodybuilder shared his way of blending chicken and meeting his dietary needs.

Bodybuilder Martin participated in Texas Pro weighing 242 pounds, where he got defeated by Iain Valliere. After that competition, Martin has engrossed himself in understanding his body and giving it the required nutrition. Moreover, he also has his own YouTube channel where he educates people about bodybuilding.

Martin Fitzwater keeps sharing several bodybuilding hacks that have helped him come so far. He believes that one should commit to eating no matter how gross it is. Recently, he shared that he consumes eight ounces of chicken every day. However, it does not make Martin struggle with so much chicken. Instead, he drinks it within 15 seconds. The bodybuilder blends eight ounces of chicken to meet his dietary needs.

Martin shared a video of his chicken blending process with a caption that read, “Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder but ain’t no body wanna blend chicken to get huge 😈 This makes my off-season far more manageable gross or not it’s what I have to do.”

Moreover, at the beginning of the video, he shared that he blends chicken twice a day. He added caution in the video saying, “This isn’t necessary but with the amount of food that I have to eat, this makes it far far easier.”

Adding that it makes the chicken-consuming process a lot faster for him, he shared the process. At first. Martin rinses the chicken and then washes it again in cold water. He adds water flavoring to add some good taste to the chicken blended water. He prefers a citrusy taste like orange or lemonade. Next, he stated, “Put a good bit of it in there, blend, and chug that baby down. Bottoms up. 8 ounces of chicken, 15 seconds.”
