Mike Tyson is a role model for many aspiring boxers

Mike Tyson was a very different boxer. He was not like an ordinary heavyweight boxer. Tyson lacked the height to compete with heavyweight boxers who were taller. But he compensated for the height difference with an alternative. He kept himself amazingly quick on his feet, strong on techniques, and played accordingly.

Recently, an amateur boxer was seen channeling his inner Mike Tyson to knock out a shirtless bodybuilder outside Macy’s. According to the viral video, we witness the boxer trying not to fight in public and asking the bodybuilder to come to the gym if he wants to have a bout. In the video, he clearly says, “I am not going to fight you in public. I will fight you in the gym.”

Mike Tyson’s life was a complete roller coaster ride. One day he was champion, and the other day he was in jail. His boxing career began when a social worker, Bobby Stewart, recognized his boxing potential for reform school, and a renowned trainer, Cus D’Amato, became his coach and legal guardian. Later, in 1986, he became the youngest heavyweight champion.

Moreover, in 1987, he was at once the champion of all three recognized federations, WBCWBA, and IBF. But the downfall resisted several times in his career. Due to his aggressive nature and drug consumption, Tyson served a sentence in jail several times in his career. The career highs when he won championships and the career lows when he was in jail make up his roller-coaster life.
