Experts believe that bodybuilding is one sport that can be pursued at any age. There are examples of many bodybuilders worldwide who are doing perfectly while bulking up at 80. However, bodybuilder Iain Valliere tends to differ with this idea. According to the 32-year-old bodybuilder, bulking up is not a healthy option even at 50.

A few hours ago, Iain Valliere was asked by a fan for his views on bulking up at 50. The bodybuilder expressed his blatant views on why it would not be right to bulk at such a senior age.

Bodybuilder Iain Valliere frequently interacts with his fans through Q&A sessions on his Instagram. Recently, a fan asked the 32-year-old bodybuilder if it was possible to get huge at 50. To this, Iain answered by keeping health a priority. He wrote in his story, “Prolly, but that’s silly. At 50 health should be your priority imo, not trying to be huge. Body can’t handle that the same as when you were 25 – 30.”

According to the bodybuilder, one can get huge at 50 but he does not recommend it much. The idea that he agrees to is to not compromise one’s health at the cost of bulking up. In other words, one must not exploit their health without due consideration of the age factor. Apparently, it is only logical to conclude that it completely depends from person to person. There have been bodybuilders who have inspirational track records when it comes to sustaining a healthy lifestyle and workout regimes better suited to their age.
