After several surgeries and setbacks, Ronnie Coleman is proving to be unstoppable. Although the legend will not return to professional bodybuilding, he regularly works out at the gym. Coleman frequently shares his fitness regimes on his social media handle. Recently, the 58-year-old bodybuilder was seen working out passionately at a cold gym. However, his latest hoodie collection kept him warm.

After ending his professional bodybuilding career, Ronnie Coleman has been involved in multiple business ventures. Initially, he began by launching his supplements brand. Later on, he started his athletic clothing line as well. In his recent post, the retired bodybuilder promoted his newest venture.

Ronnie Coleman works out in a freezing-cold gym

In his recent video on Instagram, Coleman was seen smashing an extremely tough leg workout. To beat the freezing temperature inside the gym, Ronnie wore a quality white hoodie from his brand, Coleman Athletics. He expressed that although it was freezing inside the gym, was alright because he was wearing the hoodie from his brand’s latest collection. 

He captioned the post as, “Sunday morning at Metroflex gym and it’s freezing in here. It’s all good though. We have the newest hoodies from the Coleman Athletics. Check them out @colemanathletics or Ronniecoleman.net. #yeahbuddy”

Moreover, looking at his dedication to working out in a cold gym, fans quickly began appreciating his efforts. They said-

“Love it to see You still crushing it King!”

Moreover, few fans also believed that it was good to workout in a cold gym.

No matter what the situation is, it is always commendable to see Coleman working out. With the number of videos he shares on his social media, along with those on his YouTube channel, one would call Coleman a very tech-savvy person. Turns out, this was not always the case. 

Coleman switched to the technological revolution recently

As odd as it sounds, it is true. Coleman chose technological advancement when it was most necessary for his brand. After completing ten years of his entrepreneurial journey in 2021, Coleman shifted the various branches of the fitness business onto his Yeah Buddy app.

He stated, “The driving force behind Yeah Buddy™ is simplifying fitness. It includes everything you need to manage your fitness journey in a single app.” Moreover, his app has more than 10k downloads on the PlayStore. Well, that’s a great move by Coleman considering how fast the world is adapting to technological facilities.
