USA Men’s Beach Volleyball Pair Aims for 2024 Paris Olympics Qualifications as They Gear Up for BPT Challenge Chiang Mai

The winners of the All-American Men’s final, Miles Evans and Chase Budinger, have been making waves in the electrifying beach volleyball world. Starting their collection of gold with the first counting at the Haikou Challenge, the pair aims to achieve the 2024 Paris Olympics gold. The quest for Olympic gold was started on 5th November this year when the pair secured their tickets to the French capital. 

Even though the pair has managed to clinch global success with a double triumph, they are still looking for a better position. Therefore, the pair will embark on the quest for excellence in the Beach Pro Tour (BPT) challenge in Thailand. 

USA’s Dynamic Beach Volleyball Duo’s Haikou Victory

In a recent tweet by USA’s beach volleyball, it was captioned as “Miles Evans and Chase Budinger are ready to compete at BPT Challenge Chiang Mai after taking their first gold together at Challenge Haikou!” soon after clinching the first gold medal together, USA’s dynamic beach volleyball duo is ready to enter the BPT arena. 

On the first Sunday of this month, Dynamic duo Miles Evans and Chase Budinger performed well on the volleyball pit and emerged victorious in the tournament. The USA’s beach volleyball pair claimed an undefeated streak of six consecutive matches at the Haikou Challenge held in China. 

In the final showdown, the team locked horns with Theo Brunner and Trevor Crabb and won the match by a remarkable score of (21-14, 23-21). In an interview with Volleyballmag. Com, Evan’s said, “We’ve been waiting all year for this gold medal,… That’s a really good team, we’ve lost to them all year, it’s finally time we beat them.”

Interestingly, Evans and Budinger made it to the top 30 by collecting 800 points in the event. However, the pair still needs to be satisfied with their current rank and is eyeing the upcoming tournaments to make an uplift. 

Did Dynamic Duo make it to the 2024 Paris Olympics?

As the pair clinched gold medals in the Haikou challenge, they emerged victorious and secured a spot at the upcoming 2024 Paris Olympics. The major reason for this ecstatic victory is the hard work and sweat poured in by the team to make it to get a ticket. The team is preparing to add Olympic gold to the collection. In addition to this, the team is also eyeing the upcoming BPT challenge gold.

Beach Pro Tournament is another championship that will be the second championship hosted by Thailand after successfully conducting the FIVB U21 Beach Volleyball World Championships in ROI. Eventually, another huge event will be organised on its sands, commencing from November 16 to November 19. In addition to this, the BPT challenge is the ninth challenge of the season and the third, taking place on Asia’s sands. The prior two competitions were held at Goa in India and Haikou in China.
