For a promotional event of the movie, Rudd went for an interview with Today, where they talked about his interview with People magazine. In this interview, Rudd opened up about his relationship with his father. While discussing that, the actor disclosed a few teachings of his father that he would like to pass on to his children.

Other than that, he remarked on how people feel when they lose their parent/parents. He said, “When you lose a parent, the world is off its axis and it never rights itself… you adapt or perish.”
As Today’s official Instagram account uploaded this post, Lindsey Vonn reacted with a comment. Vonn has always talked about his father in her childhood stories, like how he helped her grow in the sport and helped her otherwise, too. After watching Paul’s words, she agreed with the actor.
