With her incredible timing, the American was the first one to reach the end of the trail. Germany’s Lena Duerr took 0.29 seconds more to complete the race and bagged the 2nd position. Nevertheless, Shiffrin’s Slovakian rival, Petra Vlhova was 0.46 seconds behind Shiffrin and thus completed the race in third place. Now, the 2nd race of the day has already commenced. And, Shiffrin is again holding her favorite place on the podium.
