In the world of elite sports, Ryan Crouser shines above all. He has self-coached himself, with integrity and drawing upon the guidance of his idols. Recently, he took to his Instagram handle, @rcrouser to post a clip of himself on the training grounds. Practicing shot put, the caption gives insight into his persevering mindset. The caption reads, “Embracing the off-season grind. Lots of technique work while feeling beat up and sore. Distances can be humbling at this time of year, so have to find success in the process more so than the outcome.”

Crouser is ready to give his all for the 2024 Paris Olympics. Across the entire season this year, he was in his dominant form. He does not know how to stay idle for long, which brings him to try new exercises and deliver more spectacular performances and records. Despite being in a lot of pain, he continues to endure, just like he claimed gold during the World Athletics Championship in Budapest.
At the age of 30, Crouser has completely bespectacled his fans. The self-coached athlete has a few trajectories planned, which include the upcoming Olympics as well as the possibility of becoming a shot put coach.
