Is Baby Biles destined to outshine her legendary aunt Simone in the gymnastics world?

After over a month of almost non-stop action, Simone Biles-led Gold Over America Tour is finally making a pitstop in the Lone Star State. On October 20, the spectacle, which combines the gymnastics flair with entertainment, reached Fort Worth, a day after gracing the Toyota Center in Houston. With Biles now taking a well-deserved break before the visit to Cleveland on October 27, little Ronni aka Baby Biles, is taking over gymnastics duties.

Ronni Biles along with the rest of the clan followed Simone’s redemption story in Paris and when the GOAT arrived in Houston for the next leg of the tour, Biles’ sister-in-law, Sammi Biles, and toddler Ronni made sure to catch the record-breaking gymnast in action. And now Sammi shared a social media post, which shows Ronni eager to follow in the footsteps of her great aunt.

While Simone Biles took to the mats at the age of 6 and donned a Team USA leotard much later, Ronni has already checked these two boxes as a 2-year-old. On Monday, Sammi Biles made an Instagram post of Ronni donning a mini Team USA leotard and a red bow as she enthusiastically played around in the Biles’ family-owned gym in Spring, Texas.

Capturing her while she climbed mats, jumped onto the foam pit cubes, and balanced herself on the trampoline, Sammi hailed the little one for making it across the different stages all by herself. “See you did it, good job!” Sammi kept pumping WCC’s littlest elite/honorary member every now and then.

When Baby Biles finally made it to the trampoline, Sammi hailed her with, “You made it! By yourself, from over there!” her enthusiasm about Ronni’s achievement was discernable. She even captioned Ronni’s activities as “tiny but so mighty since the womb, the best kinda monday morning.”

However, this is hardly the first time the little pocket of energy is gracing the floors of the World Champions Centre. Remember when she showed up in yet another GK leotard and was trying to ace a floor routine like her TT Simone Biles? Not only was that adorable, but suggestive of her love for the sport, which Sammi rightly recognized and said, “the way she is so intrigued w/ this sport at such a young age is so special for many reasons.”

A couple of days before her visit to the gym, Ronni was excited to welcome Simone Biles at the Toyota Center. Sammi shared an Instagram story showing them making their way into the stadium when she asked Ronni whom she sees, the moment they reached the gates.

A loud and clear “TT” from the little one made her excitement as clear as day. Throwing her hands up in the air and clapping, the toddler could barely contain her excitement as Sammi started to cheer, “TT go, TT go.” Even inside the stadium, Baby Biles’ eyes kept glancing at the big screen presumably wanting a clearer view of her aunt.

On the other hand, Simone Biles’ very own cheerleader, her husband Jonathan Owens was also in town for a bit when she reached Houston. The two were seen spending quality time together over brunch and walking down the streets holding hands, as they united after a brief gap. Well, Biles was certainly over the moon as she did not forget to document these wholesome moments on her social media and wrote, “when hubby comes on tour” in one of her stories.

Little Ronni’s takeover of the gym comes shortly after Simone Biles wrapped up her Houston show on October 19. Returning home, gave the 11x Olympic medalist all the feels as she’d posted on her story, “Show at home hits different.

It was the 23rd stop of the Gold Over America Tour. Post that, she performed in another Texas city, Fort Worth the next day, and now is on a much-needed break from the back-to-back gymnastics action till October 27, when the squad moves to Ohio.

The tour will travel to Cleveland, Ohio to perform at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse on October 27. The show will begin at 7 PM, with tickets starting from $35. Following this Gainbridge FieldHouse will welcome Biles and Co. on October 29 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Louisville, Kentucky will be the next destination as the fans at the KFC Yum! Center will witness some of the world’s best gymnasts in action on October 30. The final stretch of the tour will begin on November 1 in Greensboro, North Carolina, and will conclude in Detroit, Michigan, with a stop in Cincinnati, Ohio sandwiched between the two.

Following the tour, Biles has already stated plans to spend time with his husband Jonathan Owens, having been in long-distance for quite a while now. Meanwhile, we can be sure that Baby Biles will be cheering on her TT as she looks to emulate the greatness of her aunt down the line.
