The gymnastic GOAT Simone Biles is binge holidaying, but she can’t naturally stay away from gymnastics for long. While simultaneously cheering for her husband, Jonathan Owens in his NFL pursuits, the 26-year-old is also looking forward to clinch another glory at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Hence, in the wake of that, Biles is girding up her loins to commence the 2024 season on a great note. However, this time, she engaged in a rather unconventional routine ahead of the 2024 season.

Whether it is her stringent training sessions or mat practice routines, the gymnast never shies away from keeping her fans updated about her behind-the-scenes gymnastics run-through. Along similar lines, Simone Biles once again gave another peek inside her gymnastics spree, but this time, the maneuver she is performing does not belong to her beloved arena.

Taking to her Instagram story, the Olympian shared a video of her unusual floor routine. Capping off the story as “noone asked but…. this is how the floor routine is going”, Simone Biles burst out in laughter. Donning a red skin tight gym top and black pants, Biles was up for a fun floor session. Though her 2024 Paris Olympics is just some months away, she chose to take it slow.

Gregory Milan, choreographer of the French women’s gymnastic team, paired up with the Olympian to accompany her on the floor in a fun dance routine. Milan twirled and took her up in the air, while Biles stretched out her feet with her toes pointed.

But the landing was what caught attention. As she stepped on the floor, the two of them walked away in opposite directions with wide smiles.

Interestingly, in the video, Biles was performing her unconventional floor routine alongside French choreographer Gregory Milan in the dance studio adorned with full-length mirrors.

Currently working at the INSEP training center in Vincennes, Gregory Milan graduated from the ballet school of the Paris Opera ballet. So, naturally, his plea to work at a training centre got heard by a coach later. But his perspective changed as he joined, and he said “Very staccato, very rough movements, with a sense of geometry” about gymnastics.

Now, giving classes to the elite gymnasts looks like his everyday thing. The 18-year-old Lucie Henna had once said, “In gymnastics, we really need to hold our legs well, to work on flexibility and dynamics, and I think Greg really brings us this finishing touch.”
