Air Force women’s gymnastics team recently took to close week three of intense competition as a part of its 2024 slate. Despite sterling performances from its key players, the Sunday dual with San Jose State did not bear promising results. While the Spartans took the victory home, the Falcons had brought intense energy and strategic moves to the game. They made a strong finish, expressing anticipation for the upcoming home debut at Cadet Gym.

Heading to the USAFA Cadet Gymnasium this February 9, the Falcons are ready for the upcoming battle regardless of the challenges on the road. Bringing in a wave of positivity, Falcons head coach Jennifer Green is ready to go strong with the team.

For coach Jennifer Green, she has full faith in the resiliency of the Falcons. She is focusing on the positive impact of playing at Cadet Gym. And, that is emanating from the idea of a flurry of support from “Falcons faithful.” Talking about it, Coach Green elaborates, “We are excited to come home for two weeks. Can’t wait for this team to feel the energy and pride from our fans. Please come out and show them your support! Being on the road for three weeks is hard.”

Returning to the familiar ground will be an eventful opportunity for the Falcons after three weeks of road meets. With changing lineups and injuries, the team is seeking to be at its 100% at the home event. In the third meet at the Provident Credit Union Event Center, the Falcons fell short to a final score of 193.500 against the Spartans of 195.725.

For the homecoming, Green has requested the ardent supporters to come forth and support the Falcons with full zeal at Cadet Gym.
