Years of professional skiing has left Lindsey Vonn not just with countless medals and titles but also with brutal ‘knee’ pain. Hours and hours of practice, a strict diet, and unexpected injuries only aggravated her condition. A while back in an interview with Hoover and Mario Lopez on Access Daily, Vonn revealed that her insomnia was a side effect of her knee problem, she termed it to be the price that one has to pay for all the achievements.

Vonn is now expecting to undergo knee replacement surgery soon. Prepping before the surgery, the retired skier posted a workout video earlier today. In the clip, Vonn was spotted working with weights to improve her health.
