Queen Elizabeth II was the longest-serving UK monarch. Her personality and presence never failed to steal the limelight, irrespective of the place or occasion. Passing away at the age of 96, her 70 years long reign came to an end.

Apart from being a part of the British monarchy, her sense of humor was also noteworthy, which she displayed multiple times. One such event happened when former US President Barack and Michelle Obama threw a challenge to her grandson, Prince Harry.
Queen Elizabeth II was hilarious at times
Not long ago, Queen Elizabeth II celebrated her Platinum Jubilee. Sadly, she left behind the Royal Family on September 8, 2022.
Back in 2016, just a month before the Invictus Games, US Prez Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama sent prince Harry a challenge. For those who don’t know, Invictus Games are a replica of the Olympics but for wounded, injured, and sick servicemen and women. Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, is the upholder of the Games.
The Obama couple tweeted a video aiming at the prince where Michelle said, “Hey prince Harry, remember when you told us to bring it at the Invictus Games?”

“Careful what you wish for,” concluded the then-President of the United States.
They shot the video with three guards at the back. One of them copied the bombarding sound and said, “Boom.”
Unfortunately for you @FLOTUS and @POTUS I wasn't alone when you sent me that video 😉 – H.https://t.co/sjfSQvkzb6

It was obvious that the royal family will post a comeback video, but to everyone’s surprise, prince Harry included his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, in the video. Given Queen’s sarcastic side, she laughed after watching Obama’s video dedicated to the prince.
Her Majesty said with a laugh, “Oh, really? Please.”
They organized the 2016 Invictus Games in Orlando, Florida. It is an international event that is open to people all across the world and was first held in 2014.
Why did the Obamas challenge them?
Seven months before the 2016 Invictus Games, prince Harry said “hi” to the White House. Barack Obama, the former President of the United States, asked him to not only focus on the sacrifices made by the military warriors but also on “the incredible contributions, strength, and courage that they continue to display.”

The same day, the patron of the Games visited the Virginia military base. That is when Prince Harry gave away a verbal note for a friendly challenge and said, “You better bring it, USA.”
