NHL Fans are amazed at David Pastrnak’s colossal deal with the Boston Bruins

A fan commented, “That’s too much money for a hockey player…there’s like 12 people that know who this guy is.”  Replying to this comment, another fan wrote, “Overpaid IMHO. Marner is the top paid RW, but I guess this could put Pastrnak on par, however between those two Marner is the better all around player.” Continuing the fan stated, “Pastrnak has his regular shift and is on the PP1. Marner has his regular shift, PP1 and is on the top PK unit. Plays an average of two more minutes a game and gets 0.64/ppg more than Pastrnak. Marner is also more willing to sacrifice his body by blocking a shot.”

Disagreeing with these opinions, a fan posted, “Worth every penny!!”  Agreeing with this, another fan wrote, “He deserves every penny!!!!!”  Elated, one fan also reacted, “I’m so happy he was resigned! Later, another fan responded, “Pay us back by winning the cup.” Clearly, fans have high expectations and wish to see Pastrnak perform extremely well in the upcoming Stanley Cup.
