Wayne Gretzky battled it out with his grandson
The adorable video, posted by Gretzky’s wife Janet Jones, showed the NHL legend trying to teach a shuffling move, while Tatum held onto two hockey sticks. Although he looked on curiously, the child ended up playfully snatching the ball from his grandfather. The video ended with Gretzky holding on to Tatum as he walked away.
Janet Jones posted the video with the caption, “Papa Wayne determined hockey is in him making sure he is a lover not a fighter 😂👶🏼”. Looks like the sport does run in the family after all!
Tatum Gretzky Johnson is the son of Paulina Gretzky and professional golfer Dustin Johnson. The couple has another son, River Johnson. Wayne Gretzky and Janet Jones together have five children.
