Sometimes, athletes can elevate the whole experience for viewers by sheer skill and their intuition on how to take control of the situation. For 5-time Super Bowl MVP Tom Brady, there are few things he hasn’t achieved in life, and his reverence for his fans continues to make him one of the most iconic names in the country. The iconic quarterback and former New England Patriots player has led his team to glory on more than one occasion, and it’s not just his fans who consider him one of the greatest ever.
For two-time national wrestling champ Stephen Neal, playing with Brady has been a remarkable experience that has enriched his life for the better. Neal believes Brady’s dedication and skills on the field are something truly inspiring and he’s once again shed light on his former colleague’s winning mentality that gave his team the edge against their opponents.

In a recent post on X by the official FloWrestling account, Neal talks about what Tom Brady brought to the table during their time together as New England Patriots compadres. “Neal reflects Tom Brady’s leadership skills“, reads the caption of the post, and it does justice to the high pedestal upon which he places Brady.
“He has that desire to compete“, states Neal, who is among the rare, and elite, few who have won the Super Bowl title without having played collegiate football previously. “Competing is super physical, but mental also“, Stephen, an NCAA wrestling champ (1998-99), elaborates further, before highlighting how he was enthralled seeing Brady take charge of the situation game after game.
“In football, he’s in charge of getting everyone on the same page“, says Neal in the short video clip. “He enjoys that aspect of the challenge…he gets all that dialed in,” stated the Cal State Bakersfield alum.

“When he’s on and everyone’s on the same page, it’s a work of art“, Stephen’s admiration of his former teammate couldn’t be overlooked. Neal won three Super Bowl titles with Brady after he was drafted by the Patriots in 2001 as a free agent. And it’s not just Stephen Neal who bolsters Brady’s claim as the Greatest of All Time, either.
