No stranger to spotlight and fame, Kim Kardashian made a revelation recently on an episode of her reality show, “The Kardashians.” The statement of hers comes after the star dated comedian Pete Davidson for nine long months. Following their breakup, it looks like Kim K has her mind set on who she prefers to date. After a 13-year age gap with Pete Davidson, Kim now needs a “little more age-appropriate.” With the news out in public, someone from the NFL world thinks Shannon Sharpe is “perfect” for Kim K.

Former NFL tight end Shannon Sharpe has a podcast called “Club Shay Shay” with wide receiver Chad ‘Ocho’ Johnson. The two NFL players, post-retirement, have taken to entertaining their fans with their hilarious takes and funny expressions. The duo talks about everything that cross-cuts the sports world with pop culture. This time, taking a cue from the Kelce-Swift saga, Chad Johnson is playing a perfect cupid. ‘Ocho’ is ready to “make that call’ for a possible ‘power couple’ to come to reality. But what does Sharpe think about Kim K?

Kim K would be the perfect person for Shannon Sharpe

It all started on their podcast, “Club Shay Shay.” The clip from their podcast was shared on Instagram. The video was captioned, “I wish Kim the best but, I’ve accepted that my level of privacy will exclude me from some things publicly… So, thanks but no thanks @ochocinco” Sharpe wrote those words in reference to the conversation he had with Ocho. The clip is a testament to the hilarious discussion the two had.

Chad Ocho said, “You ain’t got no lady…I was searching, I was talking to some people and then it’s so crazy, I saw Kim K..like she said like, ‘Oh, I’m looking for an older man after my separation from Pete Davidson.’ This perfect…I’m just saying… Kim would be the perfect person.” But that was not all Ocho had to say.

Drawing a perfect example from Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift, Ocho jokingly said, “Y’all could be like power rangers or power couple… Think about what happened with Travis Kelce. Taylor Swift came into his life, and everything exponentially elevated… Think about what Kim and that entity itself can do for Club Shay Shay. Let me know before I make the call.” Sharpe, however, had another concern on his mind.

‘Age is just a number,’ they say. But not for Kim Kardashian. After pointing, ‘need [someone in their] 40s,’ Kim K knows exactly what she wants. It looks like Sharpe has a concern, too. Talking to Ocho about it, he said, “Man, look here. She says she’s looking for someone in their 40s. Clearly, I’m not in my 40s.” But Ocho had an answer ready.

“Woah…wait… You black, right? Whatever age you are, you look 40. So it don’t matter because we age differently; we age gracefully. Our 50 is really 40,” joked Ocho. Laughing about it, Sharpe added, “I’m too private… I wish her the best…I really do.” Ocho, however, ended the conversation by saying, “I’m gon’ make that call.”

If what Ocho said about making the call is true, Club Shay Shay would be the one place to confirm it. With Sharpe wishing Kim K the best, it looks like privacy is a major concern for him. That being said, Ocho is one perfect cupid.
