On September 27, Dave Portnoy was invited to the podcast show Flagrant. While discussing buying back Barstool Sports and handling Pizzafest hit pieces, Portnoy also shared his opinion on Taylor Swift’s potential boyfriend, NFL star Travis Kelce. While showing his disappointment over the “Cruel Summer” hitmaker being linked with Kelce, the 46-year-old social media star stated, “He’s sort of doofus. I don’t like Travis Kelce’s style at all. I think he’s a little bit cringy.”

Further, while criticizing Kelce, who had a dating show called Catching Kelce that aired in 2016, Portnoy added, “The man had his own dating show; if you have a dating show, that’s a little cringey. Like his quote, I saw you rock Metlife, why don’t you come see me rock Arrowhead like lame? ” Lastly, while being asked who he thinks is an ideal match for Taylor, the 46-year-old stated, “Jake Gyllenhaal,” the pop star’s ex-boyfriend and muse behind many songs of her 2012 album Red.

Interestingly, Portnoy’s opinion comes after Taylor Swift disrupted the internet with her presence at the Kansas City Chiefs games. The artist was spotted cheering for the Red Jersey team alongside Kelce’s mother.

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift were first linked during the artist’s highly successful Eras tour. At the show, Kelce had attempted to talk to Swift by giving him his phone number on a friendship bracelet; however, the singer didn’t take the bracelet herself, as the reports claim the 33-year-old does not like to engage with people before her performance.
