Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens are not just a dynamic athletic duo. They are also skilled conjurers of passionate moments. The season-occupied American couple got married in a destination wedding after dating since the onset of the pandemic. Despite a 14-hour time difference caused by COVID-19 limitations, Owens supported Tokyo Olympian Biles from Houston. The relationship had gradually taught them to be apart for days once the NFL safety switched to the Green Bay Packers‘ facility a week after their wedding.
The seven-time Olympic victor made a remarkable comeback this year, winning all three events like she never left the mats. She donned a neckpiece with “OWENS” detail to express her love for her husband, who was in training and could not support her in person. However, whenever due, the social media platforms of the two mirrored the worlds of applause, affirmation, and pride. Making just one more trip before the international selection, the gymnast traveled to the windy city to support her man.

The first picture in the collection was a selfie she had taken in the hotel while getting a little sunlight, followed by a menu that said, ?WELCOME TO F—— MAPLE & ASH! SIMONE!???written on it. A closer look at her outfit appeared after a hazy mirror selfie she had taken on an evening with her friends. Owens commented on the post with “my biggest cheerleader” and two red heart emojis.
Owens also commented on her post with a special three-word message. That day Packers won their first regular-season game scoring 38-20 against the Bears, following which Biles declared their time apart until they next met. Up next, the Owens have finite events that will help them ascend in their respective sports. At yesterday’s match, Owens’s team lost with a 25-24 close. Now, tomorrow marks a big day for Biles who will be making her return for the fourth time since her comeback.
