Since their destination wedding in Cabo, Mexico, the couple have been in a long-distance relationship. The gymnast stayed in her Houston home while her NFL safety husband moved to Wisconsin accepting the Green Bay Packers’ deal. The entire summer Biles perfected her moves on the mats while Owens’ team won a majority of NFL pre-season matches. Taking time off from these busy days, Owens penned a beautiful message for Simone Biles on her latest Instagram post.

26-year-old Simone Biles recently shared a thread of pictures from her trip to Chicago on her Instagram with 6.9M followers. The carousel also included a goodbye hug image from the previous weekend when she went to watch the Packers play in his first regular-season game against the Chicago Bears. Biles captioned the post, ?A weekend in windy city,? under which Owens commented, “my biggest cheerleader” with two red hearts emojis.

Call it lady luck, the Packers won its first match scoring 38-20 at Soldier Field that day after which Biles declared their time apart until they meet again. The first photo in the series showed her sun-kissed selfie in the room followed by a unique menu with the Olympic gold medalist’s name printed.

The pair posed inside for another photo where Owens leaned over her as she coyly smiled twisting her tongue slightly. Talking about her he said, “She was excited for me, man. That’s the crazy thing. She was texting me before, giving me a bunch of encouragement.
