Stephen A. Smith has been the face of the commentary world for decades now. With his own ESPN talk show, ‘First Take’ and a podcast, ‘The Stephen A. Smith Show,’ the host likes to share some of his controversial takes. With versatile opinions and popular predictions, Smith makes sure to be one terrific sportscaster. But the 56-year-old had recently found himself under the bus after the Yankees disaster. It all happened at the Yankee Stadium when Smith was invited to throw out the ceremonial first pitch. While it wasn’t his best shot, the throw attracted some major criticism from stars around the world.

The famous American rapper, Snoop Dogg, joked, “Stephen A Smith, you ought to be ashamed of yourself for that pitch. There’s not one athletic bone in your body by the looks of that pitch. That looked more like a bounce pass in basketball.” Months later, it looks like Smith has a proposal for Snoop Dogg. Contrary to sports, this time, Smith wants “to co-produce” something with his “brother,” Snoop Dogg.

It all happened when Smith entertained questions from fans on his podcast. A fan had asked Smith on Twitter, “Have you started your own production company? If so, how and when will you be searching and scouting talent to bring on to your brand?” Smith, channeling his entrepreneurial skill, gave his best reply.

Smith said, “Yes, I have started my own production company. Yes, I am producing content. I’m just getting started. It’s in its infancy stages… um, but in the future… I’ll be scouting Talent.” But that was not all. He added, “You know what I… really want to do; I want to produce my own death Comedy Jam and I want to co-produce it with Snoop Dogg… because that’s my brother. I love him and I want to do that. I just got that itch I want to produce my own comedy show… handpick comedians along with my man, Snoop Dogg and we do a Kings of Comedy style thing going…”

But that was not all that Smith had to say about his “homie,” Snoop Dogg. This time, Smith brought up a ghost from the past. Smith made sure to dig deep. Talking about his first ceremonial throw, Smith agreed it “was pretty bad.” But it looks like it wasn’t “worse than” someone else’s.

Smith’s statement was in reference to Snoop throwing his ceremonial pitch some seven years ago. All jokes aside, one can only hope for Smith’s vision to come to fruition. With both sharing the same sporting capabilities, one can truly pray that Smith’s grand idea comes to life.
