Amidst this turmoil, Dave Portnoy has mocked the scandal, calling for “vacating wins” against Michigan in a sarcastic tweet. His stance seems to be a reaction to the severity of the backlashes from the sports world, suggesting that the response may be overblown. Recently speaking for the delay in justice, he lashed out with a ten-pointer tweet. And here he opens up again with the allegation of sign-stealing against Michigan.

As per the allegations,  if such tactics have been used against Michigan, then it potentially violates the Big Ten’s sportsmanship policy. This has been shrouded in mystery for too long now and only the highr authority can bring some much needed justice.

The NCAA has not outlawed sign-stealing, but ruled against in-person scouting and using electronic equipment to steal signs. Some of the allegations against Michigan also suggest an organized and well-funded approach. Harbaugh had already denied any knowledge of the scheme and the school said it is cooperating with the NCAA. As the investigation continues, the sports world watches with bated breath.
