Former NFL player Shannon Shape’s podcast, “Club Shay Shay” was released on October 11. It went viral as soon as the show aired on YouTube. This time, Sharpe talked to Tommy Davidson about all the things the actor has experienced in his lifetime. Some of which related to the time he was working with Jada Pinkett-Smith. The incident explains Jada’s kindness towards her Co-star, proving that she has had Davidson’s back in his tough times. The clip of the podcast was shared on the podcast’s Twitter handle.

It started when Sharpe asked the actor about something he had read. He said, “I read when she (Jada Pinkett-Smith) cut filming short so you could actually talk to your birth mom.” Davidson replied, “Oh yeah… Jada is like one of my best friends. Yeah, we were tight. And she saw… something was wrong with me one day and I don’t know how… So we about to do a scene and I’m laughing and joking, and she says what’s wrong with you? I said what you talking about man… She said what’s happening with you? I said I just met my real mother for the first time. She said that’s it. You guys, that’s a wrap for the day! Go deal with that man. You can’t be exposed to that right now and be normal under no circumstances.”

The incident is a testament to Jada’s compassionate character. But that was not all. Davidson also shed light on the tumultuous moment he shared with Jada’s then-boyfriend, Will Smith. Known for slapping someone at the Oscars, Davidson’s revelation might be big news in the pop culture world.

Tommy Davisdon’s unfortunate “run-in,’ with Will Smith, happened when Davidson was shooting his upcoming film, ‘Woo’ with Jada. Sharing with Sharpe, Davidson recalled, “Me and Will had a run-in… He came into the trailer and I was sitting down. He’s standing over me and he’s like, I don’t appreciate that, man.. And he’s like, You tell me what’s happening. Hmm?… he might do something. I did the snake and got up… I didn’t know what he was talking about, but I knew what he was doing.”

The incident had taken place because of something Davidson had done. While he was shooting the end scenes with Jada, Davidson kissed the actress on the set. The kiss, however, was not scripted. Davidson did it because he was not happy with the ending of the rom-com. Although he had informed the producer about it, Jada was oblivious to the kissing part. Thus, Smith tried to go “gangsta” on Davidson.
