Dave Portnoy is not one to shy away from airing his opinions. He does not usually mind throwing something controversial into the fray. While hosting the Barstool College Football Show with Kayce Smith, Big Cat, and Brandon Walker, he mentioned some of his personal choices. Portnoy was at a venue with which he was very much familiar.

Dave Portnoy was outside the Gillette Stadium previewing the Army-Navy college game. The Black Knights managed to eclipse the Midshipmen 17-11, keeping the Navy side scoreless for the first three quarters. They won the 124th meeting between both sides. The hosts of the show listed their top ten American traditions one by one. Portnoy’s list had some surprising entries.

March Madness; Kentucky Derby; Politicians being rats; Jimmy Buffett; President’s first pitch; Liberal pansies complaining about everything; Thanksgiving football; Joey Chestnut; Army-Navy Sing second, and the number one tradition in America, Michigan beating the absolute p**s out of Ohio State.”

For context, Kayce Smith was the only one to go on the board before Dave Portnoy. Her top ten list comprised Tom Brady’s Super Bowls; Mardi Gras; Better Movies and Music; Super-sizing everything; World Series; Super Bowl Sunday; Thanksgiving; 4th of July; American Football, and Freedom.
