The Cincinnati Bengals aren’t yielding results like Dave Portnoy would’ve wanted them to. With the New England Patriots on a slippery slope, the American businessman is rooting for the Bengals for the season. However, with a 5-4 record, Ja’Marr Chase’s team is currently at the bottom of the AFC North standings. Days ago, the Bengals faced another defeat as they were marginally defeated by the Houston Texans.

Now, as the Bengals gear up to take on the Baltimore Ravens, Portnoy thinks the Cincinnati giants will turn things around once more. With that conviction, Portnoy has gone all in with a jaw-dropping wager to reaffirm his confidence in the Bengals.

On his Instagram story, Portnoy has shown a glimpse of his belief in the Bengals’ prowess. Tom Brady‘s move to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers was a hard pill for Dave to swallow and he jumped ship like many others.

Portnoy put close to $70K on the Benagls, rooting for them to win this year’s Super Bowl. Now, Portnoy took to Instagram to highlight how this wager amount has grown significantly ahead of the Bengals’ clash against the Ravens on 17 November. Portnoy also shared his wager details on X, formerly Twitter.

It’s now or never for Bengals“, wrote Portnoy on his Insta story. The Barstool Sports owner disclosed that he’s all in with the bet. While Portnoy did claim responsibility for jinxing the Cincinnati team’s winning streak after choosing them as the team poised to win the Super Bowl this year, it looks like his faith hasn’t wavered just yet.

The Bengals will be looking to get out of the fourth position in today’s match. If they can do that, they’ll face both Cleveland Bears and Pittsburg Steelers in terms of games won. However, things aren’t looking all that great as of now, as the Bengals are trailing the Baltimore Ravens.

New England Patriots are still looking to find their feet

Things haven’t been the same at the Patriots camp since Brady’s departure. While Tom has spent the best times of his career with the Patriots, his leave has created a harrowing vacuum that is yet to be filled. For the first time in years, the Patriots didn’t put anything on the scoreboard for a staggering 8 consecutive quarters.
