Draymond Green couldn’t hold his rage just for 8:23 clocking to end the third quarter of last night’s match against the Phoenix Suns. The 33-year-old came out sharing the most limelights of the match instituted in the Phoenix arena. In a moment of rage, Golden State Warriors forward spearhead Draymond Green pulled a punch to the defensive Jusuf Nurkić of Phoenix Suns from last night’s header. Later, in an expected result, Draymond Green was handed the ejection from the remaining game. But that wasn’t all from the jam-packed event.

In the post-match conference, Steven Kerr was hesitant to sink into the aftermath of the findings. The Warriors coach didn’t spill much beans on the scenario. But that was enough to make a statement.

The Athletic’s NBA correspondent, Anthony Slater just added to the moment by posting Steve Kerr’s conviction from the ejection fiasco of Draymond Green. The outright caption read, “Steve Kerr on losing Draymond Green to an ejection mid-game again”. In the posted video, Steve Kerr lamented, “Losing Draymond at that huge, huge swing”. However, the Warriors coach explained his early plan of the game that had revolved around Draymond and Stephen Curry’s into the arena.

“We thought that could really get Steph some space and Draymond could use his speed, “, he spilled on the occasion. However, that was the case up to the third quarter. Until his ejection, the ruthless forward added two points, and two assists with the same number of rebounds. But the third quarter jumbled up Steve Kerr’s calculation. In that part, he added, “he lost his poise… He was playing better than those mean.” But he also added the suffering part of Stephen Curry in the absence of Draymond. In the final 15 seconds of the game Curry failed to convert a 3-pointer as the margin was in the parley of the Suns (115-114). If that wasn’t the end of the agony, the post-match developments might have panned out differently for Curry in upcoming days.

Stephen Curry’s suffering at the moment

As Steve Kerr predicted, the camaraderie between Stephen Curry and Draymond Green handed a lead before the halftime. At that moment, Curry responded with a 3-pointer to receive the scoreline of 56-53. Even the point guard of the Warriors enjoyed an upper hand over Devin Booker of the Suns in scoring prowess before halftime.

However, the ejection of Draymond changed the players’ positions, as well as the scoring probability for Curry. In November this year, Curry also felt Draymond’s absence in the ring when the latter was suspended for being offensive against the Minnesota Timberwolves. So eventually, the voice supporting Curry’s transfer from the lineup notched up after the game. This time Curry found Kendrick Perkins, a sports media personality, to support his transfer cause.
