During an interview for her book promotion, Jada revealed how she thought Will slapping Rock was a “skit”. As Stephen A. Smith’s recent episode was released, the host shared his insights on the same. Talking about it, Smith said, “Jada Pinkett Smith is making news, she’s making news because she’s out on the circuit media circuit promoting her new book worthy…it’s coming out October 17th… she’s dropping a few Bombshells.”

Adding on about the slap controversy, Stephen said, “Her husband slapped the living s*** out of Chris Rock on National Television, global television. Because the Oscars were watched everywhere. Did we hear an apology? Did we hear anything? No. we haven’t heard that. What we heard was that she originally thought Will slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars was a ‘skit!’ That it wasn’t real!” Expressing his shock, Smith said, “She didn’t know it was real when she saw Chris Rock’s face do damn near 180 when she saw her man’s imprints on his left jaw! She thought it was a skit when she heard that loud a** slap…!” 

This comes as an important revelation from Jada Pinkett Smith. The important thing to understand is how Chris Rock responded to getting slapped in the first place. A year after the incident, Rock has something to say.

Chris Rock comes with a new stand-up comedy

Netflix’s first-of-its-kind show was all about Chris Rock. The episode was called “Selective Outrage.” Chris Rock made sure to entertain all the people with his humorous take. Talking about the pain of getting slapped, he said, “Anybody that says words hurt has never been punched in the face!” But that was not all.
