The property houses massive rooms including a two-story living room and a kitchen with four sinks and four dishwashers. Big houses do call out for big parties and big cleanups.

Featuring a custom clubhouse with a curved wet bar, billiards room, game table, and direct deck access, the house is decked out.
The home features 7 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. These include an owner’s suite with a sitting area and a fireplace too.
To round out the property, it features bubbling fountains in the back. These lead to an 80-foot saltwater pool, spa, and dock with two boat lifts; For your marine transportation needs, of course.

The NFL legend, Tom Brady, rented out the property from Jeter when he agreed to a 2-year contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020. Reportedly, the reason that Brady was interested in renting the property was so that he could also live closer to the Raymond James Stadium, which houses all the Buccaneers’ games.
Brady reportedly was very accommodating of any prospective buyers when renting. This seemingly could be because he plans to move out, anyway.

Reportedly, Brady has bought a separate plot that he is looking to develop as his dream home. He and his wife, supermodel Gisele Bündchen, bought a spot on Indian Creek Island in Miami. The plan seems to be to demolish the existing 5,200-square-foot home and build a dream house in its place.
While Brady certainly seems to be getting settled in Florida, Jeter will be happy at what he has made and may look to pastures anew if he wants to invest.
