Who Is Alex “A-Rod” Rodriguez Dating In 2022?

The former New York Yankee is in a new avatar come 2022. The quondam slugger, now 46, is now a full time businessman looking to make the most of his time. While his personal life has been the topic of discussion before, A-Rod seems to be moving away from that image. In his time away from the game, A-Rod has brought himself about as an entrepreneur, and is looking to reinvent himself as such.

The former slugger is now getting into his role at A-Rod Corp, full time. And he seems to be making the most of his time there. With several stories of shrewd moves and mentoring emerging from the corporation, “A-Rod” is doing well for himself.

The personal life of A-Rod

Rodriguez has chosen to focus less on his personal life after his rather public engagement with pop star Jennifer Lopez. Choosing to keep his dating life out of the public eye and instead choosing to focus more on his new coming as a businessman.

Rodriguez even seems to have really set about acknowledging his relationships in the past. Even acknowledging his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis in an emotional message on her birthday. A-Rod took to Instagram to commemorate her birthday calling her birthday a time when he was “celebrating someone very special in his life”.

In the Instagram post, the former Yankee star also credited his ex-wife for co-parenting with him. He went on to say that the process was easy with her and that their time with the kids felt more like a “100-100” split rather than a “50-50” split.

“Living in close proximity and working together despite busy schedules has allowed both of us to remain integral and active in the development of two young women whose future is limitless. And I have you to thank in large part for that,” he added.

Alex Rodriguez – Family Man

Rodriguez has acquired wide interests in several apps and has even forayed into sports team ownership. A-Rod is currently a stakeholder in the NBA’s Minnesota franchise. He shares ownership in the Timberwolves as well as the WNBA’s Minnesota Lynx. He also holds private equity, venture investments, and a SPAC under his umbrella organization.

Setting aside his eventful career in professional baseball, Rodriguez says that this is a clean slate to him. Said Rodriguez, “I have a clean slate when it comes to being a father, to being a partner, to being a businessman, to being a friend. So I draw incredible motivation from that.”

Rodriguez mentioned that being a basketball owner may finally achieve one of his dearest objectives; being cool in the eyes of his daughter. Cool enough perhaps to create a business that they someday might be a part of. Recounting a story, Rodriguez spoke about how his daughter, Ella, caught him off guard.

Reportedly, during an NBA game, she asked Rodriguez about basketball. She said, “Maybe one day, I’ll get to run the business”. And like any other father who would want to be to his daughter, Rodriguez’s natural reaction was, “Oh my God, that’s the greatest thing I’ve ever heard.”
