Carlos Correa and his free agency decision have dominated discussions. Even more so perhaps because of the lockout. One of the few available shortstops on the market, Correa now will plan on where he goes in the future and is likely to sign a blockbuster deal once the lockout is over.
While several teams are after Correa to secure his services, his final choice still remains uncertain. The New York Yankees and the Chicago Cubs looked to be frontrunners initially, but that has since changed.
