Right now, there is probably no other player in MLB who can hit the ball as Vladdy does. However, the Blue Jays star has not developed this hitting power and technique overnight. Recently, Guerrero’s trainer revealed that during the MLB lockout, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. lost over 20 pounds of his weight.
Considering that the regular season will start in a few days, Vladdy is all set to have a powerful season in 2022.

Earlier during the 2021 season, despite playing exceptionally well, his fitness was a major concern for the Toronto Blue Jays. But this time the Blue Jays’ first baseman will not give any chance to his critiques, as he has lost over 20 pounds, preparing for the season.
Recently, Guerrero’s personal trainer revealed that he helped Vladdy to lose a total of 22 pounds of his weight. According to Jose Fortuna (Vladdy’s trainer), Vladdy achieved the remarkable feat in just one month.
