Alex Rodriguez wasn’t what you would call a widely adored player in MLB. And while his eccentricities were ever-present in his playing career, they seem to have carried through post his retirement.
Starting a podcast with baseball sportscaster, Michael Kay, called ‘Kay-Rod’, the player will now appear on almost a daily basis to talk about the game we love. And hosting David Ortiz, they’ve already given us a heck of a sound byte. Is this just a taste of what to expect?

In a new role as a sportscaster now, it seems as though A-Rod, David Ortiz, and Michael Kay will be interacting an awful lot; and the chemistry here certainly seems to be popping. With all three of them enjoying a good laugh at a clip of David Ortiz in a cart being pushed by A-Rod, David Ortiz has something to say.
“I gotta be wheeled out every day now,” he added. And with the podcast already hosting an outside perspective from Michael Kay, A-Rod and David Ortiz will only add to the show. Moreover, the two former MLB stars will only add the players’ perspectives to any discussion.
