Notably, not only players but the owners were also under a lot of pressure during the negotiations. The two sides had meetings for the past two weeks, but they couldn’t find a solution until Thursday.
Disagreements were from both sides. Sometimes owners rejected the union’s proposal, while the players’ union also declined a few proposals for the new CBA. But, this time on Thursday, after a three-month financial fight, the players finally got a deal. But again, a few owners were not glad about the deal. And they had also voted against the current CBA.

Though baseball fans and players are celebrating the end of the lockout in Major League Baseball, a few faces from baseball remain displeased with the current deal.
