Recently, a video has been doing rounds on social media. In the video, Roberts is giving a pep talk to all his players ahead of the 2022 season. And with his speech, he made them believe that they are in the best organization in MLB.

And having the best and smartest players… We have more talent in this room than any clubhouse in all the baseball.
