The hit was iconic not just because of its stature but also its significance. The hit was the first in what began a runaway Game 6 for the Braves. Jorge Soler absolutely popped the pitch off the barrel of his bat for it to sail 446 feet and across the wall into left field. The third inning hit bought eight of his teammates out of the dugout to celebrate as he rounded out the bases too.
