The Judge-Yankees saga has been going on for over more than a year. And the two parties are yet to reach any deal for the extension. Notably, the New York Yankees’ talisman, Aaron Judge, is in the last year of his contract.

The opening day is just a day away from its kick-off, and if Judge doesn’t sign his renewal before the opening day, then the Yankees slugger will become a free agent after the 2022 season.

He wants to win the title, especially for the Yankees fans. It has been ages since The Bronx Bombers have won any major title in Major League Baseball.

Judge had already informed the Yankees’ management that he will not discuss his contract after the opening day, as he doesn’t want any distraction during the regular season. And given the current scenario, it looks like this will be his last year in the Bronx.
