“This is super cool. On top of that, I see the Samurai taste of Japan. I like it a lot,” said Ohtani after watching the cover of MVP Edition of MLB The Show 22.

To those who don’t know, Ohtani has been a big fan of manga since his childhood. And it has actually influenced his playing career. That was one of the reasons why the developers decided to go with the manga design for the MVP Edition cover of MLB The Show 22.
