The New York Yankees are not having a great time in this free agency. After Freddie Freeman and Carlos Correa, now the Yankees have also lost Trevor Story. And that too to their arch-rivals, Boston Red Sox. Notably, among many not pleased with this deal, Aaron Judge might be the most affected.
Ever since the re-start of the free agency, almost every team has strengthened their roster for the upcoming season, except the Yankees. Even now, with the league about to start in a few days, the Yankees do not have a shortstop in their squad.

Now, after free agent Trevor Story signed an agreement with the Red Sox, Aaron Judge had plenty to say.
New York Yankees star right fielder Aaron Judge is not “too excited” about the Red Sox signing Trevor Story
It is no secret that the Yankees have failed to land any big player to their side in this free agency. When Carlos Correa signed with the Minnesota Twins, the Yankees were favorites to sign free-agent shortstop Trevor Story. But once again, they missed out on a free agent and that too to a rival team.
Notably, earlier on Sunday, free agent Trevor Story reportedly agreed to a six-year deal with the Boston Red Sox for a sizable amount of $140 million. However, reacting to this deal, the Yankees superstar, Aaron Judge, didn’t seem delighted.
Considering Story’s skills as a shortstop, Judge said that he knows what Story can do. However, Judge still backed the Yankees and said if they play good baseball, the Yankees will be in a good spot. Mark Feinsand of MLB.com took to Twitter and Judge’s reaction to Trevor Story’s deal with the Red Sox.
