The ongoing lockout in Major League Baseball has been a never-ending saga between the owners and players. Notably, the owners and the players’ association have met multiple times during the past month, but they are still far away from the new Collective Bargaining Agreement. MLB Players like Marcus Stroman and Tyler Matzek have criticized and blamed the owners for the MLB lockout.

If the negotiations do not reach a conclusion in the coming days, then it is possible that the regular season might get delayed. And in that case, there is a possibility that the players might seriously consider playing in another league. Meanwhile, Chicago Cubs star Marcus Stroman hinted he might actually join another league until the circumstance does not get better in Major League Baseball.

Regarding the new Collective Bargaining Agreement, the owners and players’ association met on Thursday. But once again, the meeting didn’t end on a pleasant note and it was over just after 15 minutes. After the meeting, Bob Nightengale of USA TODAY Sports shared this news on Twitter. And replying to Nightengale’s tweet, a fan suggested the Cubs pitcher play in Korea till MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred is in charge.

Notably, it was Manfred who, along with the owners, imposed a lockout in MLB on December 2nd last year. However, replying to the fan’s suggestion, Stroman agreed and said he is ready to join another league. “I’m with it,” said Stroman. But, knowing Stroman’s sarcastic nature on social media, he might have said this as a joke.
