The biggest stars are not always born a star. However, some might have been born into rich families, but some are born into poor families and then they made their way to stardom. Jackie Chan is one of the latter type of stars. Jackie Chan shared the hardships of his childhood
When Jackie Chan was just six years old, his parents felt that they were not able to manage all three of them. Hence, they admitted him to the China Drama Academy by signing a contract. The contract bound Jackie like a live-in-servant. Chan had to work hard all day and get little to eat and lots of punishment.

However, this is the same place where Chan learned to do acrobatics, acting, singing, kung fu, and discipline. Chan said,?“The first three days were fun, then I received my first beating.”
He continued,?“I remember dropping a piece of rice on the floor and the teacher caned me. Luckily, I was always happy-go-lucky. I would even make fun of myself when the master was hitting me.”

How Jackie Chan became one of the biggest stars in the world?
As hard as his childhood was, Jackie Chan made his future incredibly huge. He became one of the biggest action heroes in the world with his extremely phenomenal martial arts. Chan began his career by being a stuntman and sometimes being an extra for the movie.
