Although martial arts was one of the main reasons behind his successful career, Chan revealed that it was not all about the sport when asked about ‘the Jackie Chan style’. In his recent Variety, the martial art expert confessed that, at some point, he became a little distant from the sport. Chan said, “You cannot create any more action because what? Punching? Kicking? Those kinds of things? boring.”

Chan did not want a monotony style in movies. Hence, he tried to include more genres in his films. The icon even risked his own life to entertain his fans. “So this is why I slowly use comedy with action and all the props around me, and after I cannot use any more, then I do dangerous stunts. High jumps,” admitted Chan. Well, Chan’s intelligent thinking allowed him a long and glorious profession. The actor said, “Believe it or not, this year is my 60th year in the film industry.”
