The demise of Bruce Lee was a mystery for Robert

Talking about how the star had been an expert in martial arts since his youth, Robert and mama Grace felt quite nostalgic. In the video uploaded on Beerdy’s Bruce Lee channel on YouTube, Rivera is seen addressing the elephant in the room – the cause of Lee’s death. A solemn tone set in as the mother-son duo recalled the legend, and his demise.

Due to the untimely nature of the tragedy, many rumors had been rampant about the Little Dragon’s death. The conspiracy theories ranged from drinking too much water, to a certain family curse. Nevertheless, none of them were confirmed. But when Rivera asked Robert about his thoughts, he raised some doubts about the given cause.

Robert Lee acknowledged his brother’s cause of death, revealing that he saw the autopsy report himself. However, he painted the bigger picture by calling out some of his brother’s friends, describing how they felt “weird”. He stated, “it’s just like a mystery to me too in a way”.

Lee’s death came with legal consequences

While the martial arts champion’s demise was tragic, the suffering didn’t end there. The love of his life and his wife, Linda Lee, had a separate legal journey to embark upon when she realized a bigger mess had been left behind.

Unfortunately, Bruce Lee didn’t draw a will before his death. This caused Linda to visit Hong Kong countless times, in order to settle her husband’s estate documents and find the true cause of his death. Ultimately, after seven arduous years, the will was settled. Legalities aside, Lee left behind a legacy that remains unmatched to date. And while his demise is a tragedy, his contribution remains evergreen.
