Not only Lee?s daughter, but his wife also came forward to support her late husband. On the 40th anniversary of Enter the Dragon, Linda said, ?what he wanted was to make this film very special. And he had ideas he would like to see added to the script. He was very adamant about it.? She sided with Lee and further added, ?He really put a lot of work into studying how to improve this film. To make it the best product that it could be because this was an important film for Bruce. It was going to be his first introduction to the American market?.
Although the movie?s creators and Lee might have had some disputes over the changes, they established an understanding. Hence, Lee?s ideas were incorporated into the movie. And, the film became one of the most influential movies of all time.
