Chuck Norris’ frank admission of his struggles and Bruce Lee?
In 2022, Norris admitted to training with Bruce Lee. The karate expert also told that their exercise routine would continue for three hours and included pushups, kicking the bag along with sparring. Referring to the iconic climax scene, he fought with Bruce Lee in ?The Way of the Dragon’, Norris expressed that it was his honor to work with Bruce Lee.?

Talking about his journey, Chuck Norris divulged how his struggles were different from those of Bruce Lee. ?He didn?t have to go the competitive route, you know. Bruce was already a star and he didn?t have to become a fighter to develop that thing. I did. I had to become a fighter to develop that thing,? Norris explained. In comparison, Chuck Norris got movie offers after winning the Karate Championship titles in the 1960s.?

Norris also gave his opinion about Lee in another interview. The karate champion recounted how Lee was very agile and learned from others around him. ?Bruce never believed in only one style, or one style is the best, he felt that there were so many ?best? of everything,? Norris spoke.?

Recalling the popular scene with Lee in ?The Way of the Dragon?, Chuck said that they didn?t have the required permissions to shoot the scene. The karate champion further described how Lee had to resort to bribing the officials to shoot the scene. Continuing, Norris narrated that they then shot the climax scene an hour before the officials ordered them to wind up the shoot.?
