Wayne Gretzky’s Wife Enjoys a Fun Night With Family and Friends During Stanley Cup Playoffs

Wayne Gretzky, a legendary figure in ice hockey, is not only known for his unmatched skills on the ice but also for his undying charm and appeal that has made him an evergreen heartthrob in the world of sports. As he hung up his skates and transitioned into a new chapter of his life, Gretzky’s focus shifted to spending quality time with his beloved family and friends.

Recently, the Great One and his wife Janet Jones had a memorable night with their grandchildren and close companions. The Phoenix Coyotes owner and his wife went out to enjoy the Stanley Cup Playoffs with their grandkids, and Jones couldn’t help but share the heartwarming moments on Instagram.

Gretzky was recently spotted with his family watching the NHL playoff game between Boston Bruins and Florida Panthers. The family was accompanied by Bobby Orr, an ice hockey champion and a friend to Gretzky. Jones captioned the pictures of the family and Orr with “ Special night taking our grand boys and friends to an NHL playoff game.”

The game concluded with a 6-2 win secured by Boston Bruins. Boston’s first goal was registered by Brad Marchand. And the remaining goals came from Taylor Hall (2), Jake DeBrusk (2), and Tyler Bertuzzi (1). The two goals for the Florida Panthers were made by Tkachuk and Sam Bennett.

“I would say in hockey language not a bad line Gretzky ♥️Orr,” she added. Jones was all praises for Bobby Orr, as she wrote,” Bobby you are such a gentleman.” The trio could be seen posing with broad smiles in the picture. The grandsons of the couple were happily watching the game as they posed for the camera.

Jane Jones shares a strong bond with the sons of her eldest daughter, Paulina Gretzky. The old couple often spends time with their grandsons, Tatum Gretzky Johnson and River Jones-Johnson. Jones once said,” They have these two beautiful boys that I can’t even breathe without,” referring to Paulina’s sons.

Affirming her wife’s affection towards the boys Gretzky added, “She’s not kidding.” This reflects how much the grandparents adore the boys and the recent family date is another testimony to Gretzky’s loving family dynamics. Jones also shares adorable pictures of her granddaughter Sicily, daughter of Ty Gretzky. Such is her love for her grandkids.
