Simone Biles is heading back to her intense regimes. She recently took to Instagram to share stories of getting back on the grind. Biles has taken a break from elite gymnastics after Tokyo Summer Olympics. Since then, the athlete has been on the sidelines, with Owens as her pillar of strength.

But now, it looks like Simone is preparing for a comeback, as she begins hitting the gym again. Back from her luxurious Turks and Caicos vacation, Simone Biles is now working out. And while training, she has found a unique way to protect her gorgeous engagement ring from any damage.

Biles shared a photo of what looked like a cover for the ring. This cover acts as a shield so as to avoid any damage to the ring during her workouts.

“okay HOW CUTE, so I can work out and not damage my engagement ring,” posted Biles via an Instagram story. She was also wearing a shiny bracelet on her wrist. Notably, this is one of the many gifts from Owens. The ring itself is perhaps one of the most gorgeous pieces of jewelry ever made.

Simone’s $300k diamond ring

Reportedly, Simone Biles’ engagement ring is worth a whopping $300,000. The CEO of Diamond Pro, Mike Fried, himself estimated this value.

“Simone’s massive oval cut diamond appears to be at least 8 carats and her band features at least 35 smaller diamonds,” revealed the CEO.

However, diamond professionals are divided over the value of the ring. Jenny Luker, president of Platinum Guild International USA, had estimated the ring’s value to be around $325,000.

Celebrity designer ZoFrost is the mastermind behind the ring. Not to mention, Jonathan Owens picked the diamond himself for his gorgeous bride-to-be.
