World Horse Racing recently shared a touching video on X. Captioning it, ‘The globe-trotting mare who added the Hong Kong Vase to her trophy cabinet…‘ Meanwhile, Kieren Fallon fondly recalled, ‘Ouija board runs away two lengths clear. I didn’t have a short stint before that in Hong Kong just got to know the track and got a good pitch. She is a fantastic filly. one of those to have an electric turn of foot. Put her anywhere in the race. She has a great speed into the strategy. I wish it was an electric wrap-hold around. She took off as she went easy. It was an easy way. I’m sure she was one of the special fillies.

Jockeys Kieren Fallon and Frankie Dettori fondly remembered Ouija Board as “the best filly I’ve ever ridden,” following her demise at 21. Fallon praised her as phenomenal, especially over a mile and a half, recalling her impressive victories in major races like the Breeders’ Cup. Dettori echoed Fallon’s sentiments, highlighting her talent, ease of riding, and global success, including a notable win at the Vodafone Nassau Stakes. Both jockeys celebrated her remarkable racing prowess and mourned her loss in the horse racing community.
