A furtive figure has emerged to be inducted into the Hall of Champions, causing mass hysteria in the equestrian community. This two-time Breeder’s Cup Sprint Winner has etched his name in the annals of history with his dazzling wins across the board.
Distinguished two-time sprint champion, Roy H has been honoured by being inducted into the prestigious Hall of Champions Barn at Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington. He was the American Champion Sprint Horse of 2017 and 2018, but it’s worth knowing that he did not start racing until three.

Mr Carter, the president of the Kentucky Horse Park, thanked him for his achievement of joining the ?Hall of Champions? at the national park and celebrated it. He said that Roy H had an extraordinary racing career at his base. Carter paid tribute to Roy H?s greatness, stating that he had added his name to the list of famous horses kept in the national park. Peter Miller, who is Roy H’s trainer, was kind enough to let the park use his horse?s touching tale, attracting horse racing enthusiasts for the pleasure of meeting Roy H. ?He was the best sprinter of his generation, winning back-to-back Breeders? Cup Sprints and Eclipse Awards. He was a joy to train and be around?all class, all the time. I look forward to visiting him at the Kentucky Horse Park.? said Miller. However, Accelerate and Idiomatic also joined the Hall of Champions.
Stellar horse racing journey of Roy H

Ramona Bass bred this colt that was sired by More Than Ready out of the mare Elusive Diva, which is by Elusive Quality. Under trainer Peter Miller, the racing career of Roy H started in 2015. But in 2017, he finally proved himself as a winning runner and triumphed in the True North Stakes (G2), Santa Anita Sprint Championship Stakes (G1).

?Following his notable victories in 2017, the ensuing year of 2018 saw him claim triumphs in both the Santa Anita Sprint Championship Stakes (G1) and proceed to a commanding win in the Breeders? Cup Sprint (G1) held at Churchill Downs. This resulted in many successions of the honour of the top male sprinter at the Eclipse Awards. Roy H had won ten races from his 23 starts, two of them being first-place finishes and five came second. Peter Miller?who acquired Roy H as a barn pony after retirement from racing in 2019- described the legacy of the horse racing under his name as ?unmatched within that generation? noting past victories and its demeanour on and off track. Miller is really looking forward to his trip to the Kentucky Horse Park where he will meet Roy H again.
